1) No, and that's a fascinating question. I assume the Mormons aren't public about the inner dimension of their temple workings, so I'm not sure how much I could find out, but if the opportunity presented itself I'd certainly look into it.

2) There are quite a few of them. In ancient Egypt, the child Horus, also known as Harpocrates, was a focus of worship, for example, and the Hindu god Krishna is often worshiped in child form. The Chinese protective god Nezha is always seen as a child.
