...if it´s of any help at all: yesterday I was considering how I could ask a question in the Forbidden Question area and decided that the ideal thing to do would be:
a) double re-read the FAQ
b) journal on it
c) divination
d) meditation
e) maybe re-run the above
..it took some time to get to that conclusion, ´cause at least for me the mind tries to galop along scary routes instead. I wonder if that semi-automatism might be partially genetics since olden times for the well-being of the offspring and/or the questions come from beginners like me who don´t know what risks are involved and just go off imagining anything instead of keeping a cool head and inform oneself sufficiently.
