Early in the pandemic, I found there were two books that jumped out at me - the first provided incredibly useful theory (although since I do not use herbs in my practice, not immediately practical. The second, though, put the theory I absorbed from the first into useful practical methods accessible to an acupuncturist, that I have been putting to good use ever since.
