The other two bishops at my consecration, Albert Stubblebine and Rima Laibow, were consecrated by John, Betty Reeves, and one of the other UGC bishops -- I don't happen to recall which one -- so their lineages are identical to John's. Since John was primary consecrator, it's standard to list the lineage through him and include others only if they have a different apostolic succession. As for why three bishops, that's not required -- it just so happens that quite often, when a bishop is consecrated, all the other bishops who are present join in the ceremony.
