My apologies, English isn’t my first language - please clarify this for me - does this mean that (after completing UGC training) one who is already fully Consecrated in the GCC will not need to travel to the US to become a Bishop in the UGC, because the lines of succession are the same / already in place? Or does one still need to be physically present?
