I'll put my knuckles within ruler range for pestering when you've promised a post on the subject, but if sermons are not welcome (and I believe I understand why), what about moderated group discussions like those in many Christian denominations' Bible classes--you know, the ones that take place in smaller rooms before the service but after the doughnuts? I could see those being useful, so long as they were conducted as discussions and not preaching with a little bit of class participation...

Does the UGC allow doughnuts? :D
