You need some method of divination that will allow you to cast a reading each day. Can you do that with natal astrology? In a certain sense: you can track transits across your natal chart each morning. But plain natal astrology, or (say) progressions, which are once a year, would not count. (That said, natal astrology's great stuff; it just won't fill the role assigned to divination in the FHR system.)
