JMG, have you had occasion to grant any DOGD charters since the inception of
your order? If so, what is the quorum call for a lodge, and what radius around
the hall to allow that number? I assume that it would be permissible to commute
a reasonable distance to celebrate with other members for Equinoxes and Solstices!
