Yeah that's fair, my just ended 1st saturn return did get me moving (but I had a strong saturn), but with her approaching her second (once it enters aries, weak), I see both her health and agency decline and I wonder if she will actually have enough motivation to take the lessons and fix things.

I fear not unfortunately (lot of tragedies already and her transits over the next couple of years aren't easy either).
