Sent some this morning to tunesmyth and this evening to your picture and name. The latter definitely felt more targeted, as if I was aiming and shooting; the former felt as if sending it to an address and letting it find its path by itself. Both however felt like about the same amount of energy was flowing into you. So I would say, for our general purposes, name or a username that has been used for at least a while should work.
