I've wondered the same thing.

Just spitballing, but you could try sealing your working space with linen (or, in principle, silk). Does that mean, like, linen carpets, linen wallpaper, and linen ceiling hangings? Seems like a fire hazard. Maybe if you had drywall with linen fibers in the gypsum, or the thin paper where the paint goes was made of linen? Get some finely macerated linen fiber and repaint with linen-infused paint?

I don't know if the principle here would be more like making your office like a leaded room, or like a fully sealed Faraday cage without any openings above a certain diameter. If electrical wires conduct the relevant kinds of etheric charges then that could also be a problem.

Maybe have yogurt or kombucha fermenting or plants in your working space?

If the problem was above etheric level then I don't know, maybe decorate your walls with hexafoils?
