I have a question about the use of the ‘healing breath meditation’ taught in the Modern Order of Essenes course.
I know a person who is trying to recover from a traumatic experience that has left him with an over-active mind and a fear of taking action. Based on my experience with the healing breath meditation over the past two months, I believe that it may be helpful in getting his mind to calm down and focus productively. I have enquired via divination about the effectiveness of this meditation on the individual and have received an unambiguous ‘yes’ as an answer. However, I do not believe that he would be interested in practicing the complete Modern Order of Essenes course. So, I’d like to know from you whether a the healing breath meditation as a stand-along practice is perfectly fine for a person who may not be either ready or interested in becoming a healer.

Thanks for all that you do!
