You should do the commitment ceremonies, but you don't have to use the FHR temple working to establish sacred space. Any method you yourself prefer to use -- a Druid Grove ceremony, the Golden Section Fellowship lodge ceremony, a temple opening in any other magical system, or simply a period of prayer and contemplation -- is entirely acceptable.
