Yes I have seen several such reports. Now it seems that apart from all the nonsense with the tests and "cause of death" reporting, many, many, many of the people that were dying were dying of neglect. What they needed was food, water, antibiotics for pneumonia, apprpriate physical therapy (it's deadly to leave a pneumonia patient just lying there), and some loving family and friends around them.
