I am having a problem with the hand positions. I get that the left hand is held horizontally(I am assuming that the palm faces up), fingers pointing away from the body and that the right hand is held vertically, fingers pointing up, but then it says that the palm of the left is held to the right. At what point to you rotate your wrist to bring the palm of the left hand to face the palm of the right? Do your palms touch?
