'If we all stay home, what happens to democracy?'
'How much emergency power is too much?'
'If I disagree with the government's strategy, will I be arrested?'
'Are we still free, or have we already been infected?'

These are REALLY good questions to ask and the opposite of thought stoppers. Perhaps a list of other such questions might be compiled here.
