Yes, I remember a few years back my PT being like "You're progressing so slowly that if you were elderly and on Medicare I'd have to cut you off"... (I'd been bedridden and initially could only walk for 2 minutes at a time. PT got me back to being able to walk for as long as I want.)
Bugs me when I think about how "getting weaker so you do less so you get weaker" ("sarcopenia" I think is the term) is a known cause of "death due to aging."
