For the last part I would recommend the book How to pray the Rosary: and get results by Brother ADA. It has an effective method to use the Rosary for petition by slightly modifying the wording of the prayer. The author of the book (Agostino Taumaturgo) offers live Mass for specific intentions, but they are over facepalm-live still given that's where most of the people that read him are.
