Your dread tome, the blasphemously titled Green Wizardry, has been a good influence on me. This time, it led me to my first science fiction sale, and I’m pleased to report my name joining the long list of notables on the cover of New Maps. The idea for the story came from GW's Exercise for Lesson 36, and the setting appeared in my attempt to write an adventure module for your Weird of Hali RPG.

And – if you don’t mind a digression into writing – I finally realized the setting isn’t in the Haliverse, and things took off once I discovered there never was a grand conspiracy, and the Elder Gods handed off the works to younger ones right on schedule.
