I've always been a fan of the lovely illustrated edition by Gia-Fu Feng and Jane English, though that's because it's the first one I owned and I read it obsessively in my teen years. These days I also use Dao De Jing: A Philosophical Translation by Roger T. Ames and David L. Hall.
