Open (More or Less) Post on Covid 64

smudge goes thereAs we proceed through the second year of these open posts, it's pretty clear that the official narrative is cracking as the toll of deaths and injuries from the Covid vaccines rises steadily and the vaccines themselves demonstrate their total uselesness at preventing Covid infection or transmission. It's still important to keep watch over the mis-, mal- and nonfeasance of our self-proclaimed health gruppenfuehrers, and the disastrous results of the Covid mania, but I think it's also time to begin thinking about what might be possible as the existing medical industry reels under the impact of its own self-inflicted injuries.

So it's time for another open post. The rules are the same as before:

1. If you plan on parroting the party line of the medical industry and its paid shills, please go away. This is a place for people to talk openly, honestly, and freely about their concerns that the party line in question is dangerously flawed and that actions being pushed by the medical industry et al. are causing injury and death. It is not a place for you to dismiss those concerns. Anyone who wants to hear the official story and the arguments in favor of it can find those on hundreds of thousands of websites.

2. If you plan on insisting that the current situation is the result of a deliberate plot by some villainous group of people or other, please go away. There are tens of thousands of websites currently rehashing various conspiracy theories about the Covid-19 outbreak and the vaccines. This is not one of them. What we're exploring is the likelihood that what's going on is the product of the same arrogance, incompetence, and corruption that the medical industry and its tame politicians have displayed so abundantly in recent decades. That possibility deserves a space of its own for discussion, and that's what we're doing here.

3. If you plan on using rent-a-troll derailing or disruption tactics, please go away. I'm quite familiar with the standard tactics used by troll farms to disrupt online forums, and am ready, willing, and able -- and in fact quite eager -- to ban people permanently for engaging in them here. Oh, and I also lurk on other Covid-19 vaccine skeptic blogs, so I'm likely to notice when the same posts are showing up on more than one venue.

4. If you don't believe in treating people with common courtesy, please go away. I have, and enforce, a strict courtesy policy on my blogs and online forums, and this is no exception. The sort of schoolyard bullying that takes place on so many other internet forums will get you deleted and banned here. No, I don't care if you disagree with that: my journal, my rules.

With that said, the floor is open for discussion.

Although I've been with JMG for many years, first with ADR and then following to Ecosophia, my original interest were the writings on collapse and decline of industrial civilization. My other go-tos from that time were Kunstler, Michael Ruppert's Collapse-net and even Guy McPherson's Nature Bat's Last. JMG was always the most well-rounded and holistic work by far. Ecosophia led me to Magic Mondays and that has really opened up my interest in occultism and alternative spiritual practices. I already had an interest, but the Dreamwidth writings and comments really opened that up. So, when not only JMG came out with strong skepticism of the jabs, along with a whole host of quite divergent others that I have historically paid some attention to (Gary Null, Richard Dolan, James Kunstler, Chris Martinson, Brandon Smith, Gail Tverberg, Karl Denninger, David Icke, Greg Carlwood, amd others), I sat up and paid attention! My own research led to what seemed like the obvious conclusion: the experimental inoculations were a very bad idea. Fortunately, my wife reluctantly agreed to hold off on getting one, and a single distant friend also agreed. All other friends, co-workers and neighbors took the poison, and several have experienced significant side-effects. A few are only now starting to admit that recent health problems might be related to the jabs, or that they will not keep taking the boosters. I still can't figure out what unites all those different jab opponents, except none of them are mainstream voices-and I've always sought out the underground, non-mainstream opinion. I was shocked that most of the usual underground voices from the art/performance world were so readily absorbed by the narrative and even became big inoculation supporters. This forum has been an immense blessing-thank you JMG and fellow underground denizens!

My path here was similar to yours. I was first introduced to JMG due to my deepening interest in Druidry. I picked up a copy of The Druid Handbook around 2008 and did some online research on the man. It was at that point I discovered the Archdruid Report which appealed to my interest in issues around economic decline and collapse. I have read most of JMG's books on this subject. Like you, I have always been a skeptic when it comes to accepting the mainstream narrative and have followed many of the same dissident writers as you. In addition, my spiritual beliefs have led me to conclude that there is much more to this plane of existence than the "narrative" would have us believe. I discount nothing nor believe anything until I've had a chance to check it out!

Now, 14 years on, I follow the Druid path, rejoice in the beauty of earth, sea and sky and still retain my skepticism of any and all "official narratives". I read widely but, in the end, I trust in the messages I receive from the Gods in the form of dreams and visions and visits from the many beings with whom we share this plane of existence as well as my own head and heart.

And I am eternally grateful for this forum. As for so many others, it has been a lifeline for me during this difficult time.
