Not transcriber here. But I do clearly remember that one of the (many) testimonies transcribed was by a retired? Emergency Medicine doctor who was himself interned in the hospital where upon he began to try to get help for his ward mate who was in a bad way, and was getting no proper care. The doctor eventually found himself tied to a bed, all his advice unheeded, and when stating he would check out AMA, was refused that option.
