I’ve been lucky. In early 2020 I started fanatically dosing self and family with Vitamin C, Vitamin D, zinc and elderberry. We kept this up for well over a year. It seems to have worked; none of us has had the sniffles for more than a day or two. We’re still doing the Vitamin D, and I want to resume the rest as autumns deepens.
