That varies from person to person, as suggested in I Corinthians 12. The minor orders bring with them the right to perform the lesser sacraments -- in the UGC tradition, those are blessing, naming, teaching, and healing -- and involve a personal commitment to take up certain modes of service to the Divine. Spiritual gifts sometimes manifest themselves in response, but "the wind bloweth where it listeth" -- it's up to the Divine to decide who receives what gift.
