Open (More or Less) Post on Covid 56
As we move further into the second year of these open posts, it's pretty clear that the official narrative is cracking as the toll of deaths and injuries from the Covid vaccines rises steadily and the vaccines themselves demonstrate their total uselesness at preventing Covid infection or transmission. It's still important to keep watch over the mis-, mal- and nonfeasance of our self-proclaimed health gruppenfuehrers, and the disastrous results of the Covid mania, but I think it's also time to begin thinking about what might be possible as the existing medical industry reels under the impact of its own self-inflicted injuries. So it's time for another open post. The rules are the same as before:
1. If you plan on parroting the party line of the medical industry and its paid shills, please go away. This is a place for people to talk openly, honestly, and freely about their concerns that the party line in question is dangerously flawed and that actions being pushed by the medical industry et al. are causing injury and death. It is not a place for you to dismiss those concerns. Anyone who wants to hear the official story and the arguments in favor of it can find those on hundreds of thousands of websites.
2. If you plan on insisting that the current situation is the result of a deliberate plot by some villainous group of people or other, please go away. There are tens of thousands of websites currently rehashing various conspiracy theories about the Covid-19 outbreak and the vaccines. This is not one of them. What we're exploring is the likelihood that what's going on is the product of the same arrogance, incompetence, and corruption that the medical industry and its tame politicians have displayed so abundantly in recent decades. That possibility deserves a space of its own for discussion, and that's what we're doing here.
3. If you plan on using rent-a-troll derailing or disruption tactics, please go away. I'm quite familiar with the standard tactics used by troll farms to disrupt online forums, and am ready, willing, and able -- and in fact quite eager -- to ban people permanently for engaging in them here. Oh, and I also lurk on other Covid-19 vaccine skeptic blogs, so I'm likely to notice when the same posts are showing up on more than one venue.
4. If you don't believe in treating people with common courtesy, please go away. I have, and enforce, a strict courtesy policy on my blogs and online forums, and this is no exception. The sort of schoolyard bullying that takes place on so many other internet forums will get you deleted and banned here. No, I don't care if you disagree with that: my journal, my rules.
With that said, the floor is open for discussion.

In both of these cases the concerns will apply to both the virus and the vaccines, although she offers solid reasons to suspect that the mRNA vaccines will be worse.
SARS-CoV-2 Spike Protein in the Pathogenesis of Prion-like Diseases (8-16-2022)

Abstract:
Human prion protein and prion-like protein misfolding are widely recognized as playing a causal role in a large and growing number of neurodegenerative diseases. Here we summarize the compelling evidence that the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 contains extended amino acid sequences previously established as characteristic of a prion-like protein. This suggests that vaccine-induced spike protein production is synonymous with production of a prion-like protein, and we trace some of the various pathways through which these proteins should be expected to traverse and distribute throughout the body. We describe some of the highly concerning biological consequences that would be expected to occur with increased frequency as a consequence. Specifically, we describe spike-protein contribution, via its prion-like properties, to neuroinflammation and neurodegenera-tive diseases; to clotting disorders within the vasculature; to suppressed prion protein regulation in the context of widely prevalent insulin resistance; and other health complications it could be expected to induce. We explain why these prion-like characteristics are more relevant to vaccine-related mRNA-induced spike proteins than natural infection with SARS-CoV-2. We conclude with some potentially ominous public health implications and recommendations for investigations of these possibilities.
Potential Mechanisms for Human Genome Integration of Genetic Code from SARS-CoV-2 mRNA Vaccination (9-1-2022)

Abstract:
Background
The findings of a sequence embedded in Human DNA that was almost identical to a sequence in the SARS-CoV-2 genome, and the identification of plausible integration of SARS-CoV-2 RNA into human DNA by endogenous reverse transcriptase activity expressed by Long Interspersed Nuclear Element (LINE)-1 (17% of Human DNA) have raised concerns about the long-term safety of messenger-RNA (mRNA) based vaccination. Recent data demonstrate that SARS-CoV-2 RNA sequences can be transcribed into DNA and may be actively integrated into the genome of affected human cells, mediated by retrotransposons. Complementarily, in some SARS-CoV-2 infected patient specimens, there is evidence for a large fraction SARS-CoV-2 sequence integration and subsequent generation of SARS-CoV-2-human chimeric transcripts.
Results
In this review, the potential role of mobile genetic elements in the etiopathogenesis of cardiovascular, neurological, immunological, and oncological disease and the possibilities of human DNA interference by SARS-CoV-2 vaccination are repositioned. Vulnerable human stem cells as well as gametocytes can presumably be the first targets for unwanted RNA interference. Given the many genetic manipulations of the RNA coding for the SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein in the vaccines, manipulations designed to increase stability and efficiency of spike protein translation, much remains uncertain about the potential disruptions to cellular physiology and homeostasis that could ensue. The predicted consequences pose serious risks to human health that are in need of clarification.
Conclusion
Further toxicity evaluations are urgently needed to quantify potential emergence of interference with canonical DNA processes that could detrimentally impact the mRNA-vaccinated population.

The article is actually about appetite differences between men and women and exposure to sunlight, but it does contain a lot of information about up regulating p53 in both from exposure to sunlight. The same p53 that is damaged by the spike protein.
So, if you are worried about your exposure to the spike from viruses or vaxxes then get some sun.

Basically it suggests some sun exposure is actually of benefit overall, especially when it leads to a gradual build up of tan but not burn. p53 is central in this.
I have increased my sun exposure ever since getting an MS diagnosis. I tend to start early in the season (March) and build it up gradually, never with more than 10-25 mins of back, chest plus limbs exposure. I maybe get this a couple of times a week. Anyway, its worked for me - still fully mobile. It does also appear this p53 increases on sunlight hitting skin and helps protects it from UV damage - I guess a useful by product of this occurence is it gets around the rest of the body more too.
Another case of all things in moderation and this appears to be a case of nature turning a potential negative situation (UV damage) into an opportunity for a positive (using it as a cue for additional protections - especially as back in the hunter/gatherer days sun exposure was always going to happen - we need to remember our recent ancestry).

As I understand this, the articles explore possible pathways based on scientific research so far. This means that if this happens, to what degree and in how many people is unknown. Yet it sounds quite ominous at times.
From the conclusion in the first article: "Particularly concerning is the evidence that CD16+ monocytes can continuously produce spike protein for months after vaccination, possibly through reverse transcription of the mRNA into DNA"
And the second "Recent discovery of SARS-CoV-2 genome integration [1,4,5,19] through a mechanism
involving LINE-1 or polymerase theta raises great concern regarding possible unwanted
durable incorporation of spike protein sequences into the human genome."
Despite all denials the gen-therapy shots seem to impact human genome much more than expected which yields the potential for multiple severe pathologies.
In a sane world these papers should lead to immediate action and extended research (and a hold on the vax campaign). Of course it is not happening. I guess it is back to waiting and see where the chips may fall.
