The views expressed of the "Intuitive Mind" would seem to equate with the intellect/Nous as conceived of in some Eastern thinkers, and which seems to be implied in Iamblichus's reply to Porphyry in De Mysteriis about how our knowledge of the gods is above reason and demonstration, instead being innate—it would seem to belong to a higher faculty of the soul that is able to discern some degree of the divine light. The various distinctions that are made then between the "lower" minds are compelling.

Would it be appropriate to equate his understanding of the "Conscience" with one's personal daimon/guardian angel et al.? His view of the "Conscience" as a kind of intermediary or filter is also fascinating and merits reflection.
