A friend of mine has 7 for both birth and name numbers. It seems really odd, because she is a very outgoing, proud and active person - hard so say if the description under 6 or 8 fits her better, but I can't see 7 at all in her... the only possibility I see is that she was shortly after midnight in central Europe, so maybe her birth number is 6 after all - do birth numbers follow Greenwich time? Does the system work well in Australia?
