Fauci picture

Came across this picture of Fauci in my internet travels today. Apparently it's originally from a Guardian article - https://i.guim.co.uk/img/media/10f7a10d3919723f2727f299ddee741db1f5da50/97_695_8494_5097/master/8494.jpg?width=1020&quality=85&auto=format&fit=max&s=3df8728f7730197cad3af34ed3a9e4b6

It's one of those what-on-earth-are-they-thinking kind of pictures. I could instantly think of half a dozen negative connotations:

- the colour and nature of the steel reminds of the Terminator
- the spikes on the right look like weapons aimed at Fauci
- the framing makes the steel look like archangel wings, only made of steel
- alternatively, the steel is enclosing Fauci. Looks like a cocoon or a coffin. You can picture him leaning back and being totally enclosed in steel
- the hands crossed as if his hands are tied or being pulled in opposite directions
- the right hand out of frame inside the steel like he's being pulled into it

I can't see a single thing to like about this photo. Note, I don't live in the US and don't think I've ever seen Fauci speak. I have no opinion on the man beyond the fact that I disagree with the whole direction on corona, so I don't think I'm projecting here. Would be interested to hear other thoughts.
