The only thing that could happen is that the etheric components of the vaccine could mingle with your etheric body. I suspect the vaccines to have a strong etheric presence which is the body of energy that surrounds you, the Chinese call it chi for example and it has an important role in health.

I don't think it is nowhere as serious as the vaccine but since it's your wife and possibly sleep together and spend a lot of time together, I would take a hoodoo bath as the one described in the Magic Monday FAQ once a week to get a good thorough cleaning. I think it would also be a good idea for your wife to do this btw and do some exercise and get some sun and fresh air. All those will increase energetic health.
