I only know about these two because I

a) Am taking classes at a local university, and as class rep get to hear a lot more about what's happening than the average student.

b) Work at a Hydro company. As far as I can tell, there's no public listing of these rules, which raises all sorts of red flags. I've forwarded the rules to legal and we're discussing our options; we can't afford to lose more than a third of our workforce in a little under a month....
