Open (More or Less) Post on Covid 5

troubledThe semi-open posts  I've hosted here on the Covid-19 narrative, the inadequately tested experimental drugs for it, and the whole cascading mess surrounding them have continued to field a huge number of comments, so I'm opening another space for discussion. The rules are the same as before:

1. If you plan on parroting the party line of the medical industry and its paid shills, please go away. This is a place for people to talk openly, honestly, and freely about their concerns that the party line in question is dangerously flawed and that actions being pushed by the medical industry et al. are causing injury and death. It is not a place for you to dismiss those concerns. Anyone who wants to hear the official story and the arguments in favor of it can find those on hundreds of thousands of websites.

2. If you plan on insisting that the current situation is the result of a deliberate plot by some villainous group of people or other, please go away. There are tens of thousands of websites currently rehashing various conspiracy theories about the Covid-19 outbreak and the vaccines. This is not one of them. What we're exploring is the likelihood that what's going on is the product of the same arrogance, incompetence, and corruption that the medical industry and its tame politicians have displayed so abundantly in recent decades. That possibility deserves a space of its own for discussion, and that's what we're doing here.

3. If you don't believe in treating people with common courtesy, please go away. I have, and enforce, a strict courtesy policy on my blogs and online forums, and this is no exception. The sort of schoolyard bullying that takes place on so many other internet forums will get you deleted and banned here. No, I don't care if you disagree with that: my journal, my rules.

With that said, the floor is open for discussion.

I'm curious -- do you have any idea on what happens when someone already has had Covid and some level of natural immunity and then gets the Covid vaccine in terms of your hypothesis?

Keep in mind a lot of people reflexively distrust everyone regardless of party affiliation these days....

"so reactions to the first shot are generally milder than to the second except in folks who have already been infected and have pre-existing antibodies."

I have experienced presumed post-Covid issues for the past year-plus and am active on a slack group for long haulers. One of the channels is discussion of vaccines, and I've read hundreds of people's vaccine experiences (and opinions of them), which are all over the map. Yes, based on what I've read anecdotally, it does seem people who have already have had Covid, have a stronger reaction to the first shot. Also, pretty much everyone who's had Covid, has strong reactions to the vaccine; very few stories are there of previously Covid-infected people who experience nothing. There is a small minority of Long Covid patients who have symptoms partially or completely resolve after the vaccine (after the initial rough couple of days) -- the mainstream media focuses on those stories. While there is truth to those stories, based on what I've read, there are also many Long Covid patients who have their symptoms worsen for weeks after the vaccine -- and those stories are NOT being reported in the mainstream media; it's very one-sided.

Canadian here: it's news to me that one of our largest newspapers makes things up. I'm quite sure I'd have heard of this if it were true, so source for that claim?

I am a lawyer in Canada. Various health information and other cases in the last few years have essentially shattered what faith I still had in our legal system.

I’ve been watching the developments on the legal front very carefully, and there appears to be the same broad and overwhelming authoritarian urge for everyone to get jabbed.

This week, according to ‘The Lawyer’s Daily’ online publication (which provides daily updates on Canadian legal developments), the Supreme Court of Canada itself has mandated covid jabs for its in-court staff.

“…the Supreme Court of Canada said in an emailed statement that Chief Justice of Canada Richard Wagner has directed that access to the top court’s Ottawa hearing room by ‘court staff, including law clerks, registry clerks and court attendants’ will be ‘conditional upon being fully vaccinated, and this direction will be in effect for the fall session’ which begins in early October.”

The article goes on to note that Canada’s top court remains closed to the public and that counsel will continue to appear remotely via Zoom.

It’s still a mixed bag across other Canadian courts regarding mandates, but this certainly sets an implicit tone for mandate approval across the country.

Anyway, to your original point, there may well still be oodles of fees to be taken in by lawyers (policy drafting, litigation etc), but at this time I don’t have high hopes for the ultimate outcome for those of us who may have to resort to the legal system to protect our bodily integrity.

Personally, I am already experiencing disturbing amounts of ostracism and ‘othering’ among friends and colleagues who are aware of my position, and am, very sadly, mentally preparing myself to lose my job over this at some point.

I am now wondering if what we're hearing about the police state in Australia is perhaps exaggerated. I am a member of a professional forum where I interact with other teachers in my profession from all over the world. There is on teacher in particular, from Australia, whose comments I always find interesting; we agree on many things about how we teach. I haven't seen her post since early August, and I was feeling a little concerned, given that she is in Australia, so I sent her a private message just asking casually how she is doing. Here's one sentence from her reply that surprised me:
"We are doing fine where I am in Australia, we have no COVID even though everyone is paranoid there will be an outbreak. Sydney is having some trouble in comparison the rest of Australia (about 1500 cases a day) but compared to the rest of the world we are doing perfectly fine!"
She went on to say that she has been teaching in-person classes for nearly a year now, and continues to do so.
Although I didn't ask her anything about rigid restrictions or police brutality, her responses didn't suggest anything of that sort, nor in fact any major concern about her country or herself at all. I'm not sure what to make of that, other than that most news from any direction should be given a skeptical eye.

This right here is the reason why you are the only author I ever buy books in a series from without checking to see if the series is finished.

Thanks for these real-world reports, and I wish you well on your recovery.

The differing responses of long haulers to the vaccines make sense to me. If long haul symptoms are caused by autoreactive immune responses, then the vaccines might successfully induce tolerance in some while in others just aggravating the reactivity. There are a lot of individual-to-individual differences when it comes to immune reactivity.

Given how loathe you usually are towards this sort of speculation, this is really interesting to see. I really hope you're wrong, both because of how badly the people who sold their souls will get fracked, and also because of some of the other implications of the theory.

I don't know if you remember our discussions, but I was a left wing activist from the mid 1990s until 2018, and spent the last few years of that getting a front row seat to the total insanity of TDS. I remember asking about the possibility that what I was seeing was being driven at least in part by demonic forces, and you were saying that you strongly doubted it and it was more likely just cognitive dissonance; and that while demons might be involved in individual cases you doubted they were any kind of major factor.

As I wasn't very deep into the occult in those days I took your word for it, and by the time I was deep enough to have a good sense of it I had distanced myself enough from that scene to be unable to tell for sure; and frankly I also think you were right to tell me that a lot people see demons even where there are none and that usually human dysfunction is just that: human. Still, to see you say you now think it possible I was right....

If your hypothesis is accurate, this really reframes a lot of the last five years or so of my life in some very disturbing ways....

Right now, in this moment, I might be more comfortable if I were vaccinated, as the hospitals in my area are full of unvaccinated covid patients.

Long term, I still feel like the risks outweigh the benefits. Studies I the nature of immune reprogramming are extremely lacking at this point, with the exception of the narrow focus of covid antibodies and immunity.

As someone said on Twitter, it's less like a vaccine and more like an effective treatment being given to everyone before they get sick. I have no doubt that there are lives being saved, and I even think the vaccines make sense for certain vulnerable groups despite the unknown risks, but the culture of "we are afraid and we must do something" is clouding the science just as it has for lockdowns, masks, school closures, etc.

Hubble Finds That Betelgeuse's Mysterious Dimming Is Due to a Traumatic Outburst

Observations by NASA's Hubble Space Telescope are showing that the unexpected dimming of the supergiant star Betelgeuse was most likely caused by an immense amount of hot material ejected into space, forming a dust cloud that blocked starlight coming from Betelgeuse's surface.

We know that antibody levels are boosted, but I would expect some induction of tolerance as well, perhaps moreso given that the initial immune anti-self attack will be stronger. This could explain stcathalexandria's observations of illness in infected-then-vaccinated people.

But until we get some real data on tolerance responses (which ought to be forthcoming at some point) it is all just conjecture and anecdote.

Do be sure to confirm that you live in a state that allows religious or personal-conviction exceptions. If you have the misfortune of living in California for example, you're out of luck.

Thank you for the supportive comment. I'm often writing from work (like now) when I'm rushed or interrupted, or after a long day at work when I'm often beyond tired. Funny thing is when I reread an email or post my mind seems to not see the errors until 2 seconds after I hit the send button:). The response was not meant to be effective, it was meant to make a statement and take a stand. I have no intention of groveling, they have no intention of being anything other than what they are.

Anecdotal data point someone who had COVID and recovered in our entourage, well to do to spend on laboratories, measured the antibodies before and after the first shot, and in his case they decreased to 10%.

Mattias is a clinical psychologist and he says if someone is under a spell - they are focused on that - I strongly recommend watching his video. When someone is totally fear focused on the thing for which they are under a spell, he does not know of any technique where you can get them to focus on something else, other than something that can be a bigger fear. What you are doing here is to focus them on something else.

Deprogramming wont work because they are constantly having their spell reaffirmed by a powerful evil force. You would have to remove them completely from contact with this daily programming, and that probably is not practical.

I live into Romania and I am into Tarot astrology etc, I noticed a lot of young adult girls that I came into contact where mostly interested either into demonology or the black arts it could be an adolescent thing but it reflects the social media they are exposed to.

Also on the Magic groups on Internet including the Chaos Magic Group there was a tendency towards demonology...

Also a peculiar thing that almost got me as a Tarotist to buy it, was these Goetia tarot
https://www.loscarabeo.com/en/products/goetia-tarot-in-darkness
Where the 72 demons are put on each Tarot arcanum, then I realized the last 6 arcana in Tarot are missing and those are exactly above The Devil and they are all replaced by Lucifer, I thought at the moment that Lucifer is just a name for Venus so now big deal the project is cool.
Later I realized that the positions are important and the position/context gives the name the meaning. Now I get goose bumps how big the hype was when it started.
And the names of the daemons are in clear on the cards and the sigil is there too.

It got €78,096 pledged out of €4,500 goal
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/loscarabeo/goetia-tarot-in-darkness

It reflects a lot the Magic milieu. Most of the people when are thinking about magic consider ethics just for idiots and actually a hindrance and uncool.

I just brought these data points, because in my case JMG hypothesis fits with all the data I have from experience.

"jab or job" is a false dichotomy. You get sick, they're going to fire you anyway. They'll just be nicer about it than if you don't.
