No, the cusp was back in 1879. We're more than a century into the Aquarian age, and nothing I know of suggests that it'll get worse from here on in -- just that we've got more than 4000 years to learn how to function under the harsh rule of Saturn.

As for rampant atheism, blind faith, etc., that's a normal part of this phase of the historical cycle -- check out the late classical Pagan religious scene sometime. We'll get over it.
