I succeeded in journaling everyday in 2020 not knowing it would be such a tumultuous year for everyone pretty much. I spent several hours re-reading the entirety looking for themes and insights. I got two that are significant game changers for me - one being that every time I get close to accomplishing a goal I set, I stop and drop it claiming to need to do something else immediately. I had no clue I was doing something so self-destructive.
