This is something I really need. Not just will, but perseverance too. (that comes from conscious will?) I only wish I had had this knowledge back in my twenties.
A question, does the new habit really need to be something silly, or can it be something useful like visualizing energy pumping into myself five minutes a day? I'm trying this practice from Enoch and it is showing results. (Actually, from my perspective it looked like something silly when I started).
