This is the most important paper of the Apprentice grade, the one that explains the basics of Essene energy healing. If you intend to receive attunement, this set of practices should be done daily from now on. 

(Those readers who have worked with the Greater Mysteries degrees of the Dolmen Arch will recognize some similarities between this material and the work they have learned.  The two methods of healing are not identical but they're closely related and can be combined.
